Ken (the owner) responded to my initial inquiry, came for an inspection and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my call. Pricing was fair and reasonable. His crew, led by Billy, was courteous and very respectful of our home. They explained the job and did great work, cleaning up after. I don't expect to need their services again as the problem in our basement is now fixed, but I am happy knowing that the work is guaranteed and I can call Ken. Should I have any problems in the future.

I Needed some work done In my crawl space, had some water creeping in and wasnâ t really sure where it was coming from. I had shopped around with other companies trying to see what was the general range was to fix it. Honestly all about the same when it came to price. But with Ken , he really knew what he was talking about and had it explained the problem so much better. He didnâ t just say this is the problem this is how much it Cost. He went into detail of how the situation happens and what options were best to remedy the situation. Overall it was his knowledge that sold me. Definitely recommend
