I called, and they responded politely. Each window had an ID number which I gave them. It took 2 months to make - they are high tech windows - and expensive, but they really worked as advertised. Rick the tech came out, and replaced 2 of the 3 panes. He did not have the 3rd pane, but he said he would follow up and re-order if necessary. It was all free of charge. They honored their warranty. The 3 panes were on the north side of my house - installed in 2011. My south windows are also the same Quantum Long Windows, and they were installed in 2004. I've had no problems at all on the south side - it's very comforting to know that Long Windows will still be in business, and will honor their warranty after all these years.
