He did a full renovation of our house - a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom historic rowhome in Baltimore City (located in a CHAP district). It was a full gut job and it turned out wonderfully. He was super communicative and never made us feel like we were bothering him when we had questions and ideas. He was also honest about things he wasn’t sure about and never tried to hide the ball. "While the project took a little longer than we liked, part of that was our fault, as we travel a lot and were not available on a few occasions. We had our kitchen, two bathrooms, and basement remodeled. We also installed a new roof and waterproofed the side of our house due to leaking in our basement. All the work was done professionally and with the utmost quality. I had heard horror stories about contractors from co-workers, but thankfully we had no issues with Chevy Chase. We are satisfied with all of the work performed."

The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."
