"The job took about 25 minutes. The technician was professional, courteous, and respectful of the 6-10 feet rule during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The only downside was the pricing $180.00. Considering the technician was able to arrive at my residence and make repairs under an hour after my initial call, I will not complain. Thanks for great service"

"They did not have the plenum for the A/C on hand and had to order it. The A/C did work but at reduce efficiency until the plenum came in. Other wise would have been five stars."

"Doug is very responsive to requests and tries to accommodate you. He is above board and makes sure that permits are pulled and inspections are done, if required. He does everything by the book, does not cut corners. I ask a lot of questions and he is always willing to explain the reasons behind what he does and how. Great company, highly recommended. I'm having him back for some additional work this summer."

"Taylor Made Custom Contracting did a wonderful job remodeling my basement which included new flooring, cabinets, counters, windows, kitchen area, and bathroom. Kevin, Suzanne, and Alan were extremely helpful from start to finish. All of their suggestions were in sync with the ideas I had in my head and Kevin made it a reality. With the current pandemic, we were a little concerned about having people in our home but they immediately put us at ease. Thank you to Taylor Made for doing a great job, and providing a comfortable atmosphere for my family all throughout the project."
