"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. This is the second time I have used Milton Roofing and once again am very satisfied with their work and pricing. Thanks Milton Roofing!!!!"

"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. When getting an estimate from Certified, Tom explained the process and the recommended roofing system in great detail. He also responded to my follow up questions quickly. After doing some research on different roofing systems, I decided to go with the TPO roof for it's environmental friendly qualities. The team who replaced my roof worked quickly and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed the work. I received pictures of the roof after the work was completed. Every staff person I came into contact with was friendly. Only time will tell me the overall quality of the roof/work done. Mr. Farmer was here and he will remove and discard these satellite dishes when installing the new roof.
