"Basement Systems USA is a great company. I never write reviews but I have to say I was so happy with the work they performed in my basement. I had extreme water damage behind the walls of my finished basement that was never seen by the home inspector a few years back. Over the last year every time it rained I would have small amount of water on my basement floor. Finally in a large rain storm our basement flooded. I called Basement Systems USA and Dave Ryan came to my house, did a full inspection and found the problem areas. His crew came out lead by the foreman Estaban and three days later I have a dry and smell free basement. The installers were great, hardworking and professional. I can't recommend this company enough and I am finally happy I can use my basement!"

"The homeowner always needs to take their time to do their homework and to do comparison shopping on something as expensive and important as a home HVAC system.  We were pretty educated going in.  And Angie's list certainly helped us identify top-rated firms to interview. The various firms' presentations varied in thoroughness but all covered the essential info for the homeowner.  After getting quotes from the top-rated service providers in our area, including our long-standing existing provider, we selected the family firm of No-Frost for the work.  They provided the exact same system that the nearest competitor had offered us but for over $2000 less.  Yes - the exact same system including heat pump and air handlers.  Well wait - their price also included a Carrier air purifier that was not in the other quotes - and they repaired and integrated our Aprilaire humidifier!  While their presentation was not as polished as one of the other firms, their honesty, workmanship, professionalism and reliability have been top notch.  They came when agreed, they completed their work on-time, and their clean-up was flawless.  They were flexible as well - reconfiguring the arrangement of the indoor unit in our tight utility area to allow greater access for the homeowner and for future maintenance.  The firm also informed us of all the manufacturer and State of Maryland energy rebates and handled all the paperwork for the latter. This saved us nearly $3000 from the normal price. And when I called with some follow-up questions they responded quickly and thoroughly.  Just a very good experience with these folks.  I don't hand out recommendations easily but I can recommend these folks.
