I would highly recommend this company! I had my roof and all my windows replaced. Customer service is top notch and the owner, Jon, goes above and beyond for his customers. Excellent communication and informing the home owner what to expect. Job was completed in acceptable time frame. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after the project was complete.

From start to finish this project was made simple by these guys. I was informed of every step of the process from start to finish. The crew did an amazing job of getting the project done in one day and the cleanup was great too! I will definitely use them again for any future home remodeling needs.

After just living in our new home for a year, our roof started leaking. We had 5 companies come out and CHR was the ONLY company to get on the roof and make an honest assessment. Jon was here for 3 hours the first day checking the roof and walking me through the whole process. The roof had severe wind damage and insurance was going to cover the costs, and Jon handled the entire process. He also informed me of issues with the grade of the gutters and proceeded with correcting them when replacing the roof. Fast forward a few months, a large tree branch punctured our roof and Jon had his crew out the next day to remove the branch and tarp. Without hesitation, we employed CHR again to make the repairs to the roof, the ceilings, the walls, the deck, and the siding (I'm sure there was more than listed; it was a big project). I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and much of the stress I would have felt was eliminated. Jon had gone above and beyond expectations and I will be using him again for future projects.

I was home all day during the installation and the crew was precise, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend this company for any home remodeling repair work. In addition to roofing, they have also assisted me with numerous other exterior repairs including door and window replacement work.
