"My family & I were very pleased by the work we had done by Remodel Max. Shout out to Wayne, Dennis, Madison, Mitch, Brennen, & Nick. I was seeing signs in our 75 yr old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors. I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, & Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate that. He was also the only one who could see the extent our floor joists & triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of issues we had, & in each way it needed to be repaired. He was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while they rebuilt our entire first floor (+jacking up & re-leveling the house). Mitch & his crew handled it well, to put it lightly. Each of them went the extra mile & took time to make sure everything was done correctly. They were all extremely communicative, professional, & down-to-earth."

His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner. The 2 man crew did a phenomenal job with keeping my lawn as nice as they could and even replaced the dirt and bricks they had to dig up for the posts. "Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
