We spent nearly $400 on a dishwasher repair that didn’t work. We scheduled follow up appointments and the technician never arrived during the scheduled windows, wasting our family’s time during a very busy time of year. Our dishwasher is worse off than before the repair. Do not recommend this company.

Lack of knowledge (or just lazy) and price gouging. Don't waste your time. Had Mr. Appliance of Howard County over to fix ASKO dishwasher with faulty upper user interface. Tech said we needed a new "control" and he wasn't sure when he would be able to make the repair because the manufacturer was in Scandinavia. Quote for the part was $492.07. I did a quick search for the same part with the ASKO distributor (Pinnacle -- in Florida) and the list price was $297.00. Mr. Appliance quoted a 65% markup. It seemed odd that the tech suggested a new control when the upper user interface was getting power. I made a call to ASKO customer service -- phone # plainly indicated on unit -- and they agreed. I ordered a replacement upper user interface from the ASKO distributor, watched a video on YouTube on how to replace it (easy), and fixed it myself. I can only imagine how much more time and $$$ it would have taken to get this unit fixed had I worked through Mr. Appliance of Howard County.

We paid to have a dishwasher fixed - they took the $$$ but did not fix the dishwasher - this is the first time that something like this has happened to us. It is better to buy a new appliance than have your time wasted and money stolen.

Mr. Appliance was great. Easy to schedule an appointment. Came out and diagnosed the issue with my frig. Quick. Professional. Easy. The next time an appliance breaks (hopefully not too soon :-) ) , I'll call Mr. Appliance.

After calling, I was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The technician called prior to arriving; diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and after an hour; the dryer was fixed.

Mike from Mr.Appliance was on time, gave enough heads-up that he was on his way and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and spent the time finding the issue and solving it, got our refrigerator working fine. Thanks!
