North country appliance was outstanding. Teresa at the office always got back to me promptly. We had issues with a Bosch oven we purchased at Lowes, NC Appliance helped us get it all straightened out. Very professional. Would def use them again

He arrived earlier than time told to us which was not a problem nut as he started to take apart my brand new stainless range ge was placing the shiny side down on our rough tile floor I proceeded to place items ( not wanting scratches) on large cardboard and drop cloth .Immediatly it was obvious he did not work on items of this caliber.The Technician then proceeded to cut the wires on the new circuit board only to realize he needed to feed them through a tight space first so he then had to reattach the wires .The tech also messed with the flame and gas output which HE DID NOT NEED TO DO. Now my oven imploded loudly and won't stay lit . He stated to call if any problems so after a two week illness which made me bedridden I reached out .North country appliance called the warranty company refusing to return and fix the work even tough he was PAID IN FULL. Still no call and no oven

Vey badly. Don came and told us we needed a new compressor on our Bosch refrigerator (it was under 10 years old). He ordered the part and it arrived two weeks layer. Two weeks to the day the refrigerator died again. We called Don repeatedly, both on his cell phone and at the company phone. He finally left us a voicemail two days later and said if we called him back within 45 minutes he would try to come. We did that. He never came. Despite repeated calls and messages he never called again. Three days late his office called to schedule an appointment. Needeess to say we told them not to bother.

The problem for which we hired was resolved eventually, but I'm not as happy as I could have been because it took more than two visits to diagnose and repair the machine, and one appointment was missed without notice. I do, however, give credit to the technician for coming across the state line to take this job;outside his normal working area.
