"I had a large executive desk in my second floor office and two large air conditioners in my basement that I needed to have removed. I called several companies and had to leave messages every time and the people I finally spoke with did not impress me at all. The way they discussed their pricing for my job made me feel that I couldn't trust them. When I called Mr. Booth he answered the phone right away and when I explained my situation and what I needed to have done he gave me a reasonable range of prices depending mostly on the difficulty of moving my desk from my second floor office to the first floor and out to his truck. He was able to come within a half hour of my call. He arrived with his grandson and another gentleman who were both very nice. I have had large pieces of exercise equipment taken to and from my second floor, but Mr. Booth moved my desk in a much more practical and nearly effortless way. It was brilliant. He is very bright and clearly a very experienced mover. I was impressed. I would highly recommend Mr. Booth. I feel he is an honorable and hard-working man and I would definitely hire him again."

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.

"Got off to a slow start. Some techs had to drive over 2 hours to get to site. Did not arrive in the best of mood. Work when smoothly until removal of the old outdoor unit - discovered a yellow jackets nest. They had insect spray but due to the late start, they rushed the laying of new gravel (while bees were still flying) and the plastic frame that they laid the new unit on is now extremely warped. I need to ask them to fix this at the first return visit for cleaning. The unit was installed for an elderly relative. Good thing I was there to explain how the control unit worked. Again, due to being rushed, and wanting to get home, they did not consider the age of the home owner. They needed to spend more time there. But, overall, everything is good."
