Norwood was great! They came out the next day, provided solid evaluation of the issue, and even recommended that I contact the warranty company. Due to that they ended up doing less of a job, but saved me money and earned my trust by sacrificing their income for quality service.

John came out on a Sunday shortly after I called and even fixed my Ac while no one was home. We had a trip planned To beach and Ac broke he was able to fix it outside while I was at the beach . How awesome is that we came home and it was fixed and working great
