"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. "Got off to a slow start. Some techs had to drive over 2 hours to get to site. Did not arrive in the best of mood. Work when smoothly until removal of the old outdoor unit - discovered a yellow jackets nest. They had insect spray but due to the late start, they rushed the laying of new gravel (while bees were still flying) and the plastic frame that they laid the new unit on is now extremely warped. I need to ask them to fix this at the first return visit for cleaning. The unit was installed for an elderly relative. Good thing I was there to explain how the control unit worked. Again, due to being rushed, and wanting to get home, they did not consider the age of the home owner. They needed to spend more time there. But, overall, everything is good."
