It went great. They picked up both and returned them within a week. Finally needed the Blower and it started and run like a charm. I am sure the mower will be the same in a few weeks.

Great.  They picked it up, once they determined what needed to be fixed they called me with an estimate, then they fixed the mower and brought it back to my house.  Great experience!

A great, honest company who knows how to repair your small motor powered equipment..       
My gas-powered generator would not start- they fixed it.
My snowblower was running rough, and needed a tune-up, and they fixed that as well.
They also do lawnmower repair.
I'm planning on taking my garden tiller there this spring.
It's great having a place like this in our area, to keep things running.

They did a great job from picking it up, fixing it, and returning it, all in a timely manner.

I had been casually searching for a lawnmower maintenance service that would pick up and return our lawnmower.  While discussing the issue with an Angie's list rep on the phone, she came up with this provider as the one provider in the area that provided pick-up and delivery.  I called Aberdeen Outdoor Power Equipment and was told they currently were running a special and usually do so this time of the year in preparation for Spring.  I was advised exactly what the base special included ($69.95) and candidly informed that the shop supplies, air-filter and any necessary repairs would be at an extra cost.  They agreed to call me within two weeks and sooner if possible regarding pick-up.  They cautioned that if I did not hear from them, to call them back.
They called within the week and picked up the lawn mower on the promised date and time three days later.  In order not to inconvenience us if we had to leave our home, they suggested leaving the lawnmower outside in a designated place.
For the special $69.95 fee, sales tax of .38 cents, shop supplies of $3.50 and air-filter of $6.25 they cleaned the carburetor, fuel line, and  fuel tank .  They replaced the spark plug, air filter, changed the oil, and sharpened the blade.  They inspected and adjusted cables and started and tested the mower.  The mower was returned clean as a whistle with a sparkling deck free of debris!  The service was completed a day after the pick-up and returned on February 7.  We were called to insure that the return would be convenient and given a time of return.  The mower was returned on time.  Both pick-up and return were handled professionally and cheerfully.  They have a pick-up truck and a long flat bed for riding mowers,
This provider is absolutely the best!  I will be taking advantage of their yearly special again next year.  They service many models, including riding mowers and handle most parts.  I hope that you will share my appraisal of their business with them and add them  to your list!!

It took a little longer than we had anticipated but they were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

My daughter took 2 push mowers, that stopped working, to be repaired and serviced. She was advised it would be approx. one week til completion. She received a call the next day, both mowers were repaired. Both mowers are in great working condition, especially since one has been sitting for years. She said the staff was very knowledgable, and offered many tips in dealing with ethanol gas.

Aberdeen Outdoor Power was easy to coordinate and deal with. 

The guys at Aberdeen Outdoor Power Equipment were knowledgable and laid back. They notified me right up front of possible limitations on the repair of my generator ( if the problem was electrical they couldn't fix it ) and the cost of fixing it. They also gave me helpful hints on keeping my generator running. I will be using them again.

My riding lawn mower stopped working.
On 9/6/11, I arranged with a friend to transport it to the dealer for repair/servicing.The basic instructions to the company was to repair the problem and service as needed.
On 9/12/11, We called to see if the work was finished and were told it was.
On 9/14/11, we picked up the mower.
On 9/17/11, I started to mow my lawn.  After finishing most of the front yard (approx 80' x 30', the front of the mowing deck came loose from the mower and plowed into the ground.

We called Aberdeen Outdoor Power Equipment and were informed by them that they would repair the lawn mower free of charge, but, we had to make arrangements to transport the mower again or pay them a $60 transport fee.

I made arrangements for the original transport and paid them $250 for repairs.  $190 of it was labor.  They failed to perform to any acceptable standard. It is their responsibility to make this right, not mine to run around begging neighbors or paying them to transport my mower for repairs that would have been unnecessay if they had done the job right the 1st time.

They picked up my tractor the next day, diagnosed the problem, estimated the repair cost, fixed it and delivered it back to my house in about a week's time. I have used this service for the past 15 years. I call them every Feb & they come out and pick up my tractor (along with several others in my development) and provide annual maintenance. The tractor is at least 25 years old and always runs well.
