"Robert arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He is friendly and very nice.
The clothes washer wasn’t filling with water. The house is on a well and Robert discovered some particulates had clogged the hose connection water screen at the back of the washer. Robert fixed it in 10 minutes and recommended a filter at the output line of the well tank. I’m semi-handy and so I bought and installed the filter myself.
The service call base price was so reasonable. We were relieved that the washer wasn’t needing major repair!
