My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.

"I asked them to pull up carpets. They don't move furniture - but they didn't tell me that ahead of time. He did do an hour's work when he came initially - he hung a curtain - and left. The owner was supposed to call me back and didn't. I called Angie's List, who contacted the company. The company called and said that they found a handyman who would move the furniture. I had to wait 2 weeks and they finally came out. The handyman pulled up the carpet and piled it up in the living room. When I asked him about the disposal of the carpet (which I had specified when I bought the deal) he said that he didn't do carpet disposal. I asked him how much he would charge to dispose of the carpet, he then said "$100." So, I had to pay an additional $100 for disposal. Then I asked him to pull up the nail strips and he wanted to charge me another $100 for an hour of work -- even though it'd only take him 20 minutes at the most. Both men were nice and worked the entire time they were at my house, but it was just a disappointing situation overall and I didn't like being charged an extra $100 for the removal -- even though I had specified that in the deal ahead of time."

Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"The guys arrived truck was large enough to accommodate all furniture. The movers were excellent, very careful and deliberate in disassembly and packing of  furniture and other household items.  The furniture was moved to a storage facility so a couple of extra hours were required to remove and place in the facility.  Really appreciate their careful handling of all materials and will use them again.
