"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

The tech, Dillon, came out to provide an estimate yesterday afternoon (both verbal and in writing), and returned today to complete the work. He was impeccably professional, very competent, and efficient. He had to replace the old zinc p-trap and snake the line, but not only has the clog now been eradicated, but also the sink has been future-proofed with a new PVC pipe. Dillon left the area clean, and his estimate about the job taking about an hour was bang on. He also provided us with a bottle of preventative biodegradable solution to stave off the chance of future clogs.
