Francis fixed my sink and dishwasher within 1 hour doing an excellent job I was also surprised that he replaced parts that needed updating without additional cost to me I would strongly recommend his services as he had repaired toilets at a previous job that another plumber installed incorrectly and replace an additional toilet in a timely and efficient manner.

Horrible. Do not use Advanced Plumbing 410-212-9040. The owner operator is only interested in taking insurance deductibles and not fixing plumbing leaks. He came to the house to repair my jacuzzi tub and said my provider would be back in touch with me. The report he submitted to my insurance stated as BS reason of manufacture defect not to cover this repair. I have spent countless hours now trying to get my deductible back and or a second opinion. He is dishonest and had no intentions of making any repairs. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this incompetent so called plumber!

Horrible experience......Francis is the owner of Advanced Plumbing LLC located at 2 Malus Ct, Gwynn oak MD 21207...Phone number 410-212-9040. I was assigned to them through my home warranty company because I had a leak in my hot water heater and their were rumbling noises coming from it. Francis did come out the day I reported my concern. He looked over my hot water heater problem, made his notes and said that my warranty company will be calling me within 24hrs to advise me on their decision on whether to repair or replace. 2 days went by and I heard nothing from my warranty company. I call Sears warranty and they said that Advanced Plumbing (410)212-9040 had not even turned in the claim after visiting my home. I called Francis, who supposedly is the owner, and he gave me the run around telling me that they were having a hard time finding the part number for the GE hot water heater. He said that GE no longer makes hot water heaters and they are still working on finding the part number. I am aware that GE no longer makes hot water heaters. However I feel he LIED to me when he said they were having a hard time looking it up (2 days?) After asking Francis what part he needed I found it within 20 minutes online. !!!!!!! I also found the company that carries the parts for GE (GAS) hot water heaters. I called the company , got the part number and price within 20 minutes. Additionally I asked him what his recommendation to my warranty company was going to be, repair or replace. He said over and over again the warranty company will make the final decision. I was completely aware of that. He would not give me a straight answer, he was wishy washy on what his recommendation was going to be. I did not understand that. He said he had never been questioned before about what his recommendation was going to be. I felt it was a fair question but it was obvious he did want to answer it. Enough said. I rate Advanced Plumbing LLC (410-212-9040) an .....'F'........ It was evident that his priority was not following through on the claim and then LIED to me for the reason why. I feel he is in it to get as many customers as he can for their deductibles I WILL NEVER USE THEM! Save your hard earned money and get another company. I feel he misled me. RATING 'F'.

Advanced Plumbing was selected as part of our home warranty plan. We had seen other reviews and had some concern, but had hoped the reviews were unfounded. I wouldn't say the company is really bad, but could work to improve their communication. They showed up for the job at the arranged time and worked quickly to assess the problem. In our case, placed a patch on the pipe and the leak was stopped. If this weren't a "patch", I'd have given them a much higher rating. The issue is follow up communication. They said they had to get authorization from the home warranty and that they would submit the info and they would get back in touch with me. I waited two weeks before worrying, then at week 3 I called them. Plumber asked me to send a text to their office and that I should hear back next day. No call back. A few days go by and I call again and they say that the home insurance company lost the info. I call the home insurance company and find that they weren't contacted until I made my call back to the plumber, which leaves me questioning them. I'd mostly appreciate better communication since I'm now about a month after the patch and have 4 holds cut into the wall that were waiting the outcome of their interaction with the insurance company. Even if they didn't get an answer, should have provided some status instead of leaving it to me wondering and eventually calling. Did pay $100 as the deductible for the home warranty.

Mid-may 2018, filed a claim with my home warranty company and they recommended Advanced Plumbing LLC. Setting up that appointment was fine and the plumber showed up within the expected time. He had to cut several holes into the wall to locate the pipe, which was fine. The pipe is galvanized steal and he was concerned about the age and being able to replace just the area with the leak, so recommended a clamp that bandages the pipe, then said he would seek approval from the home warranty company. About a month has gone by and I had to call them up to check on the status. Reached the plumber and he apologized for not following up and said that they had relocated and our info must have been misplaced, but he recalled the project. Asked me to send our info via text to Linda and that she would get back to us in about 30 minutes. I'm now writing this the following day, about 30 hours later and no returned call. I don't have any issues so far with the actual work, the problem is the follow through on obtaining the authorization from the warranty company (HMS National). I know reaching the warranty company can be a pain, but they said they would handle submitting their recommendation and estimate. If they improve their communication, my rating would be higher.

Didn't show up for the appointment window. Unable to contact them. Got a call around late evening that they were waiting for us. Suddenly they were able to contact us. Need to drive to our new home to let them in. Then we were give a copy of the report/discussed with my husband that this would be submitted and needed to be approved before part would be ordered. For the next week I followed up with the warranty company and found they (advance plumbing) never submitted it and the process hadn't started yet. Then when I did get through to the company and warranty company we got mixed messages and excuses. This included reasons why the report wasn't done, that they did do it but it was lost, someone was sick and it wasn't done, the holiday weekend had an impact ( report was suppose to be submitted prior to the holiday) that my husband ( who was home at the appointment) was told that it wouldn't be covered and lied to me, they they would cover the part as a courtesy, then they would not cover this part. All of these reason were given in a span of several phone calls over several days/weeks The most insulting thing was being told that my husband lied to me and he was told it would be denied/ not covered at the appointment. this was not told to him nor written on the actual report sheet In the end they did identify the problem but the professionalism and punctuality had a significant impact on our ability to rate the quality and over all service. We have had no follow up with them or the warranty company and are now looking for a hot water heater in our own
