The salesperson was very cordial. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote before he left. The meeting was less than an hour and there were no high pressure sales tactics. I checked other companies providing the same services and Porcelite's price was competitive and they were by far the most responsive. (One company didn't call me back until after the work was done!) When I gave the go ahead they had me on their schedule within a couple of weeks.

It was a two part installation. The  shower pan was refinished first and it took a couple of hours to do. The first technician arrived on-time and he finished the work in the time frame quoted on the phone. The second technician came in a couple of days later. He was also on-time and finished the work within the 4 hours quotes on the phone. Both technicians were very friendly and answered all of my maintenance questions.

I am extremely pleased with the end result. My shower looks new and is practically self cleaning! 

There were no surprises with the cost. I paid the price originally quoted.

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs.
