"We contracted VKB for a complete master bathroom demolition and redesign. We got 2 estimates and VKB was the most reasonable. My experience with VKB was excellent from initial design with Sean, thru implementation of the new bathroom. VKB is a one stop shop, they design the new bathroom including picking tile, floor, toilet, sinks, hardware, cabinets in the store. They meet with you at home, create a schedule and assign a Project Manager. Jason was our PM and he was fantastic. He kept his team on schedule, kept in constant communication with us, let us know what was happening next for the entire job. They were clean, organized, trustworthy and very skilled. We could not be happier… (and we are not relatives or friends of VKB, we are random homeowners who chose them based on Yelp ratings etc)."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We had an excellent experience working with RJ Construction. They renovated our existing deck, replacing some rotted support posts, demolishing and replacing the deck rail, and related work. They have been in business a long time. The owner provided good expert advice to guide our choice of products and materials when formulating the contract. "I quickly received an estimate on adding insulation to a colonial. The work was scheduled shortly after that. (~1-2 weeks from what I remember). Workers arrived on time and were pleasant. Part of the job included one of the workers climbing through a hole in a ceiling, since there was no access to the attic in that section of the house. That attic section was also the only access to the area above a cathedral ceiling. They spent quite a bit of time making sure that there was insulation between all the beams in the roof above the cathedral ceiling. This insulation makes a huge difference. Initially it was the initial 1965 insulation, ~1 1/2 inch thick and absent in sections. Now it is R44 and was a great investment. It was well worth the cost considering they insulated a large colonial in addition to a section of house that was not easily accessible and took more time than expected. They did not charge more than the estimate."
