I have over thirty years of experience from building houses in all price ranges, in all of these areas. I spend a lot of time on every job to make sure things are done right. All of my homes have appraised for 10 to 30 percent higher than the cost to build. I can offer you competitive pricing as I have low overhead and years of experience with all my subs. I build one at a time. All my estimates are free and depending on the detail are exact prices. I have never increased price on any project without the owner's approval in writing.I also carry over two million in liability insurance . I can find lots in any area and have available architects to help design your home.

"I met Tony around 2018-2019 when I needed someone to find tenants for a long term rental that I eventually sold in 2024. For 5 years Tony had been my one and only go-to for my rental turns. His knowledge of the area and his resources are what I needed considering I was a distant owner. I never had to worry after putting the rental in Tony’s care to find, show, and prepare the lease paperwork. He would take time to go over the particulars of each applicant for me to make a decision on acceptance. When I decided to sell there was no need for me to find a realtor because I already knew Tony would do a fantastic job. The property listed 6/24, under contract 7/1 and closed 7/25. It’s due to the open house he orchestrated, all of his preparedness and his representation that I was able to get it under contract quickly. He took the time to walk me through all the contract paperwork and kept me informed of all the important dates we needed to hit and get feedback to the buyers agent. While it was not without issues toward closing due to circumstances neither of us could fathom, Tony didn’t let that deter him. At Tri-Coastal we work with home/business owners and often times, their insurance companies. Our goal is to provide a fantastic, hassle free experience for each customer. That includes free inspection and lifetime warranties. We will work directly with you and/or your insurance company to come to an agreed upon job scope. This insures the project will be completed correctly the first time. You will find our guys are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding everything from product info to the entire insurance claim process. We work with the same software as most of the insurance company's out there! This insures a seamless process from the first inspection to final.
