Overall, he seems transparent and trustworthy. Install - Paul 2-man team spent 2 days installing 14 windows and a door. They were friendly, professional, and hardworking. I am not even sure they stopped to eat lunch either day. They installed my windows without issue and obviously had years of experience doing this. They cleaned up all material waste and left my house looking like they were never there."
