"Used Peak Custom Remodeling for another update to my home. Jon and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process in picking new windows. I had 4 basement windows that were original to the house; glass pane wooden windows that needed to be replaced. Had the estimate, order in, and installed within 2 months. "I would have gave them five stars. but appointment scheduling is a little pushy my windows were not suppose to be in until February. I was forced to change my plans. Instead of paying storage fee at the warehouse. Cleveland area manager has absolutely zero people skills with customer. Sale man was great 5stars. Window measurement was great 5 stars. Installers were great 5 stars. Customer service from manager 0 stars."
