Maid BrightThey did a fantastic job. They were very detailed (didn't just gloss over things), conscientious of my belongings, and took pride in their work. The 2 people who cleaned my place were also punctual (actually earlier than planned) and regarding Covid, were well protected. Masks, shoe covers, temp checked. The owner came to do an assessment before to ensure I was getting what I needed and not more. He and his admin staff are tops when it comes to customer service. Very responsive and made sure my requests and satisfaction was met. I give them my highest recommendation. I gave specific instruction on what needed to be done and was given assurances that the work would be completed as specified. The work was completed and the cleaning crew left the house before I could get back to inspect. Once I inspected it I found that the directions were not adhered to. First, the house was completely empty and we were getting the carpets cleaned the very next day so the instructions were to not be concerned about the carpet but concentrate on the hard wood floors on the second level. The result was the carpets were done and the hard wood floor was not done to my sanctification, not buffed, not shined. Also, we had new marble counter tops installed which had some chalk marks on them. These marks were not cleaned off either. I called the representative and explained my displeasure and she agreed to send the crew back the same day after they had finished another job. Later the same day they returned, I pointed out the mistakes and the crew said that was the best they could do and they did not have the proper materials to make it any better. I called the representative back and she then explained that they were an "environmental safe" company and did not use harsh products to do what needed to be done. I informed her that this was not explained to me when I booked the service and respectfully asked her to tell the crew to vacate the house and rectify the situation. Although in the end of the day I was reimbursed my money in full I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them in the future.

I've been having Ash Maids clean once a month for a few months now. Sometimes the communication isn't great, and the past two times they were late. We've had a few damage/misplaced items issues as well. However, they are quick and efficient and the cleaning team are easy to work with. Overall, Ash Maids is a decent service.

I purchased a $250 deep cleaning deal. When they were finished, the house was impeccably clean. I would have loved to have them return more often, but there were 2 issues which came up that made it not worth it: 1) The cleaning crew got spray on the inside door of the oven which left white streaks that look like bird waste. This ruined my 1 year old oven. 2) We used the garbage disposal immediately before they came and also after they left. It worked fine before they came. After they left, there was a horrible sound coming from it. I called the company to tell them about these 2 issues. While the person on the phone was very nice, he said that he was unable to do anything about these issues. He said that there was no access to the inside of the oven door and he also said that it could not have been the cleaning crew who caused the garbage disposal problem. We had to call a plumber who charge $175 to pull out a small metal piece that got stuck in the disposal, making the discount cleaning deal not so exciting with this extra charge. I wonder if the piece came from a cleaning tool. I wish that the company would have taken responsibility for these 2 mistakes.

We needed a good cleaning for my Aunt's house that hadn't really been cleaned for a long time. Mirna and her partners Claudia and Maria were prompt and very professional. They worked hard and continuously for three hours and had me check periodically to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I am very picky about a clean house. Everyone in the house agreed that they did a great job including me! Even the salt shaker that I remembered was coated with food from my hands was sparkling clean and the house smelled clean! And they are all three delightful. The fee was very reasonable. We will be having them clean now on a regular basis. Thanks!
