Harrison came out and did a great job steam cleaning my carpets. He did such a good job that I asked him to come back a few days later to clean all the tile and wood floors in my place. Harrison returned and did a equally great job. For the second visit, I also got to meet Grace. They are two very nice people who know what they are doing and care about doing a good job. We have been in businees for 30 years with a lot of happy customers I started out in New york city in 1979 working for a oriental rug restoration company and became general manager, started my own down here in 1985.
"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."
