I appreciate the fact that they worked us in in quickly to clean our house. My concern is we paid $90 for 4 hours of cleaning, or 2 hours of cleaning for 2 people. There were 2 people and they were only here for one hour. I was very disappointed in the service. I noticed later they did not mop the floors or clean the baseboards. Nor did they move anything around when dusting or dust items on shelf, which they normally did in the past. They also did not vacuum the furniture like they did in the past. I left a footstool for them to do the higher shelves and they did not use that at all. They did not even move stuff when they vacuumed. It seems they wanted to do a rush job on the house. I was very disappointed in the service.

Had been using Best on a monthly basis at my old apartment, had appreciated their willingness to be flexibly on scheduling and the quality of the work, which was good overall. However, on relocating to our new, 1100 sqft apartment, had been looking for a move-in cleaning for what was basically an already cleaned apartment, but I wanted to have floors polished, windows cleaned (tilt in, no ladders), closets and a deck cleaned and some high areas dusted to insure they were all set and fresh. Price seemed was a bit high, considering that the heavy lifting had already been done, but had experienced them as dependable, so agreed to schedule and service. Unfortunately, because I was working, wasn't available for a walk-through, which in retrospect would have been wise. When I arrived after the service was complete, was moderately disappointed that the closets and some windows had been missed, and the work wasn't up to what I'd experienced previously. The company did send a gentleman out to finish the work, but he seemed more like someone's husband who had been deputized, rather than part of a cleaning crew. When he finished, he pointed out several areas that he thought the regular crew should address when they returned on a future visit. Recently tried to schedule, but with two follow-up emails, I'm assuming the company no longer chooses to have me as a customer. I have no objection to either of us deciding this isn't a match, but would have appreciated it being handled in a more direct matter - it's simply business, not personal. Will be looking elsewhere.

They had a lot of work to do in my home as it was the first time I have hired a professional cleaner in a while. The two workers divided the work load, and worked as quickly and efficiently as they could. They cleaned all three levels of my home. It seems almost like I have a brand new home. I've been using Best for the past two year, on roughly a monthly basis. I don't have a regular schedule, but rather contact them about a week before I'd like to have them come in, and then provide a window when I know I won't be home (typically a full day) and schedule service. They've been very accommodating of working in this manner. In general, I'm quite pleased with the service provided. I doubt my place is very challenging, as it's a small one-bedroom apartment, and I live alone, but aside from a occasional, minor lapse such a a wastebasket not emptied or a corner overlooked, things have been good. While I sometimes wish they'd show a bit more initiative in dusting, cleaning above/under, or in the 'nooks and crannies', they have consistently delivered what was promised. I've never had concerns about items missing or misplaced, and only one minor item has been damaged during the time they've been doing work. Overall, competent and professional, and I'm grateful for the flexible scheduling and reasonable price.

They started with the upstairs master bath. They did a great job with my shower. Once they got to the main level, they rushed a little bit. But that is only because my house was a mess! They didn't get some spider webs in the corners of ceiling. All in all, they did a great job in a short amount of time.

Company did not respond to my repeated requests to schedule a date to clean my house for over two and a half months. Someone finally answered my phone call and agreed to a date for cleaning. Two women showed up punctually on agreed upon date and each performed specific tasks. Overall cleaning job appears to be satisfactory; however, there is a residue on the floors that were mopped. Also, whatever cleaning process was used on my counter tops in the kitchen ruined them...left blotches on (discolored) all counter tops. Am waiting for someone from management of the company to come survey the damage.

They were prompt and efficient. When we first called we said we could do today or one day next week. They were booked for today so we scheduled for next week. They had a cancellation for today and were thoughtful and called to see if we would like the spot.

Cleaned well, and vacuumed carpets. They were done in 3 hrs.
