Marcus walked me through the process, and pointed out some areas that he had a concern about. When they were finished, he again walked over the cleaned deck with me and made sure I understood the cleaning process and how it would look when dry. Ours is a first-generation Trex deck, and has been installed for about 12 years, and was quite dirty and growing some mold. The deck looks wonderful now...very clean and much brighter and nicer to use. I'm a repeat customer of City Clean, and would never use anyone else to clean the desk. Thank you!"

The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved.
