He allowed us a few days to make our decision just as we told him that we need and he wasn't pushy with the follow up, but still kept in touch. His personality, attitude and sales tactics were a huge selling factor in the reason that we selected this company. We also loved the idea that the company and the owner were local to our area and that the own was a preacher. They also have an excellent warranty that covers the life of the structure making it comforting to know that the warranty can transfer through multiple owners without any "fine print" snags. They originally had the next available install date about 30 days from the day we received the estimate. Due to our busy life schedule, a honeymoon, and the upcoming cold weather we were in a time crunch and requested to have it done in 2 weeks. Tim and Tina made some calls and made it happen, again helping us out big time. The week before the install we were out of the country on our Honeymoon and I communicated with Tina asking that she reach out to my Mom in the event of any last minute changes, she made a note on the account and everything went smoothly. The install crew arrived on time and the lead Jordan was excellent at communicating with me from the time that they arrived to the house, to excellent detailed description of what they we actually doing as they performed the work, to the time they took a brief lunch break and the follow up the following day when he had to return to finish the drain outside. They were both very courteous, they worked very hard all day, they were easy to talk to and maintained a very clean work environment both inside and outside of my home as they completed this project. The company also offers a financing option of up to 6 months with 0% interest which was very appealing to help us pay off this project in a timely manner without racking up another high interest home project credit card. From start to finish we couldn't be happier. Now 5 days post install I am happy to report that our system is operating properly and it was well worth the money (a very competitive price I might add) to have the piece of mind to know that we received quality workmanship and to no longer have the fear of further expensive water damage or cringing every time that it rains. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."
