Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

"Accurate Asphalt completely re-did our 100-foot-long, crumbling driveway on Tuesday, 09/03/19. This involved removing all of the old asphalt, widening the driveway by one foot on each side, adding a 15 foot pad at the top of the driveway, and widening the driveway at the top enough to park an additional vehicle (4 drivers and 5 vehicles). They were done in half a day with a crew of 10. Everyone was courteous and professional. What was most impressive is that the owner, Ace, showed up to check on the progress and to personally meet with us to ask if we had any concerns and what we thought of the job. We could not have been more pleased. Ace also followed up with us this morning, Thu (09/05/19) to make sure everything was all right. I have been in customer service many years, and I pay attention to the subtleties of customer service including a company's sincere concern about a job being done well. Accurate Asphalt was genuinely concerned about our input and satisfaction with their overall performance including the appearance of the new driveway, the quality of the new driveway, and the professionalism of the crew who did the job. After building an addition to the house the required drainage and runoff was a bit tricky after experiencing some leakage into the basement. Dustin, 2nd generation in this business, made a site visit to assess the issues and thoroughly explained his strategy. He and his crew arrived on site, on time, just as we agreed. All were polite and totally professional. Excellent cleanup when done. The driveway looks like new. A minor tweak was required after the job was done and Dustin was totally responsive.
