"This probably the most professional service organization I've worked with in any capacity. They did a comprehensive audit and we discussed issues that could be remediated prioritized by the biggest bang for the buck and then they did the fixes we agreed upon. I always felt like I was dealing with an expert who had my best interests at heart - work that they could have done that they advised could be deferred. Ended up increasing the insulation in the attic which I'd known for years was a problem and sealing the ducts which has made a noticeable difference. "Great! Job was complete .... removal of existing 50+ year old insulation, air sealing attic, baffle installation, installed 18 inches new fiberglass blown insulation, and new whole-house fan. Job started and completed as proposed. Crew on-time, quietly performed their work, and left spaces clean when done. "I hired Atlas Home Energy Solutions to remove old insulation and replace it with the foam technique. However, I ran into numerous unexpected problems due to a slow leak from old pipes. It took awhile to sort out. Atlas Home Energy Solutions gave me lots of expert advice. They were willing to come out and review the situation. They were also willing to reschedule and wait until another contractor dealt with the water issue and its ensuing problems. They helped me make some difficult decisions before they could insulate the crawl space. When it was ready for them to come and insulate the area they bumped their schedule forward to get it done. This company did sterling work. Their expertise and professionalism were outstanding. They really know what they are doing and guided me through a more protracted process than originally envisioned. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
