Overall good experience but salesman did not follow up on issue that he stated he would, (recessed light not sealed correctly)

Complete Home Solutions came recommended to me and hence I approached them with total trust. They performed attic insulation job for my property but in less than 3 months after the job one of the bedroom ceiling roof's came crashing down while my child was still in the room. Upon reporting the issue to these guys they did send a team to assess and repair the damages. This team replaced the ceiling but left the job hald way done with AC vents uninstalled and ceiling unpainted. I requested them to assess the safety of the entire roof but there was lot of reluctance and hesitance to do so. After chasing them for over 2 months they send out an email stating whatever they did is good even though I offered to pay for any additional work. I had to spend close to $8K to repair the damages done by their sloppy job. I will not recommend this company to anyone as your safety is not their priority and all they care about their money. I regret using their service. IF safety is your priority please do not use their service.

The salesman sell a good game and promise the work will be done in 2 weeks after signing the contract but you never get a scheduled date for the work to start. After several calls work still have not started. I will not refer this Company to my friends or anyone!!!!!!!!

Very professional. Fully explained the process before starting and showed photos of the areas that needed insulation in my home. Before and after photos. Used energy company rebates to reduce my out of pocket expenses and did follow up evaluation. I saw the change in my energy bill! Thanks!

When the residual dust on the walls was pointed out to the workers, they even wiped down the walls.

The company did an assessment that we did not need as much insulation as we thought. The gave us a better approach which was cheaper and more efficient.

I am amazed at the difference the insulation has made. Last summer, when I kept the thermostat at 74, the air upstairs always felt heavy, but it was freezing downstairs, and the A/C was cycling with only brief interruptions. Since the work was done at my house 2 weeks ago, I have been able to do without A/C most days. A temperature of 75 upstairs without A/C is now more comfortable than a lower temperature with A/C last year. When I did turn on my A/C last weekend, I was surprised that it would kick in only every 25-30 minutes or so. While the lower level was slightly cooler than upstairs, it was still very comfortable -- on both levels. My only regret is that I did not call on Complete Home Solutions earlier. From Ben who clearly explained my insulation options and the benefits of cellulose, to JB and Jason who did the installation cleanly and efficiently, to Allen who stopped by later to make sure I was happy with the service, to the people who answer the phone... Dealing with this company has been a pleasure from beginning to end. JB took a lot of before-and-after pictures, which was a good way for me to visualize the work done without having to go to the attic. The best part, of course, is to live in a comfortable home. They save the picture of before and after that give you 100% satisfaction. The installation crew gives you a brief of what they have done and cleans up the mess.

Not trustworthy

I would just like to thank this company for the work they did in my home! Iâ m very late writing my review but I wanted to see how different my home felt since having this service. Complete Home Solutions serviced my house on November 20, 2020, The crew consisted of Brad, Jason, Aaron and John B. There was another individual who did my drywall work, but I didnâ t get his name. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate your professionalism, knowledge, experience, cleanliness, kindness...etc. You guys did such a wonderful job! Since getting insulation put in my sonâ s room, I can feel the difference, a huge difference!! Also, I would like to thank Noah for the first initial visit and explaining to me in detail about the difference in the products. If youâ re looking for a company to provide service to your home, thereâ s no need to look any further! Iâ m looking forward to hiring them again, for my crawl space.

Benjamin and Dexter were both very polite and went above and beyond to complete the attic insulation project. Benjamin explained everything they were doing thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He even showed me pictures of the attic after the job was completed. They both stayed very late into the evening 2 days in a row, and then were back to my house in the morning to complete the job on time!

Guys showed up on time and rescreened 3 windows in about an hour. Will definitely use them again

When you get a room spray foam insulated, it is necessary to spray foam or caulk under the frame to prevent air/ bugs, etc...
