David provided a quick response, fair pricing, got the job scheduled and done quickly.

David and his crew were wonderful. Upon meeting David he was very informative and personable. He worked with me on scheduling over the holidays as well as payment options. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I could feel my home was less drafty immediately. Definitely recommend elite thermal!!!

More often than not, I feel like the work was overpriced, with hidden costs popping up along the way, then the workers leave with the work not even completed and never return for repairs to a job that was not done well to begin with. So, working with Elite Thermal was a happy experience, worth sharing. The cost was highly competitive. The work was well explained in advance by Chad, who was also here the morning of the work to oversee his crew. Pictures were taken before and after. Workers were timely, polite, clean and profession. Even once the work was completed, I was able to get modified receipts for rebate purposes to meet what was required. I highly recommend the team at Elite Thermal for your attic cleanup and insulation.Iâ m

Chad was very helpful, informative and gave us exactly what was needed and asked for our ceiling project. Not one complaint. Job was completed on time, work area cleaned, insulation had the desired effect. Not once complaint - Thank you Elite Thermal for a stress free job! Its a rare experience in construction projects!!

The 2 person crew was awesome. They were very respectful and personable. They came ready to work and did an amazing job. The patchwork on the holes they used to blow the material in was superb. You can't even tell there were puncture holes. All around a painless experience.

I was pleased with the quote however I was given a date for the work to be done and it was not done scheduling error so they did it the next date and reduced my rate which was appreciated the work was done.I can tell the difference in my house. But when the work was done I paid cash and was not given a receipt which concerned my so I texted the owner and he emailed me one. Other than that I was really pleased with the service.

Very professional and honest. Did a great job of cleaning up and repairing the holes in the walls that was needed to add insulation for me. I have had a great experience! And my homes temp dropped by 7 degrees. AWESOME.

I was mislead regarding the rebates from Guardian Insulation. two projects were needed in order to obtain rebate. Each project is separate and this was not required for the rebate from SMUD. Each project is entitled it's own rebate per SMUD. Once deposit was received, communication rated at 0 star. There were 6 no shows where I waited at home with no phone call or text. Company offered several hundred dollar discount if given a positive review online. It makes you wonder if their high star rating is due to this "buying stars". Guardian Insulation became argumentative when I requested my deposit back 3 weeks later. Company will text you at 3 in the morning which also included for me to remove my negative posting online NEWSFLASH I had not posted a review . This put a thought in my mind which led me to write this review...... I highly recommend NOT using this company unless you prefer to sit around and wait.
