"The professional cleaning service was top notch. Mike arrived on time and cleaned 7 areas of carpet in an amazing way. He always does such a great job that we have call about twice a year to have the carpet cleaned. I would recommend OMA Professional Cleaning Services to others."

"I placed a call to Elite Carpet Care and call was returned about 48 hours later. I was quoted a price and given a date/time. They arrived within their date/time window and did the work for the quoted amount. Couch and loveseat looked much improved."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours."

"The abosolutely best carpet cleaner I have found in many years--professional, organized and immediately set about doing the work. No supervision required, they clean as if they were doing their own home, a great amount of attention to detail to ensure a quality job was done. Other cleaners charge more and provide less quality service. Recommend their service without any reservation."

"** edit to the below review: Daniel called back and asked how he could make things right. I asked him to come back and try again, so he came and treated my couch with the strongest, top quality deodorizer not available on commercial markets. I'm waiting to see if my secondhand couch can be professionally cleaned or whether the couch is a lost cause from being in storage too long. Things are looking and smelling better after a few hours and I will provide the final verdict soon. I'm grateful that Daniel is willing to fix things and provide the best solution in any situation. ****old review: I bit the bullet and paid $300+ for my four-seat sectional with cloth upholstery. Global Cleaning and Restoration showed up late. After the work was done and the fabric dried, the couch still had a musty smell. I cleaned the fabric myself with white vinegar spray, rubbing alcohol, and baking soda in hopes of amending this. But the worst part is that I still discovered bits of fur and an old ziploc bag with crumbs lodged under the seat back. Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration needs to work on their attention to detail - especially if you want to justify such a large price tag."

"The provider showed up at the agreed upon time and did a walk through of the house and found some areas in the carpet that would needed additional cleaning.  I paid an additional $55.00 for some stains and a staircase which is reasonable considering the carpet was the original carpet since 2000 and I had 3 flights of stairs.
The provider tried to get out some of the stains that were in the hard to reach corners but they were old and set in as the previous home owners had not lived in the property for a while but the end result was an improvement.
The provider did the whole house 1700 sq. ft and three stories.
All in all a good job.

"Highly recommend! This is the second time Jean cleaned our carpet. Impresses everytime with his detailed cleaning and professionalism. Also seems to have the most reasonable prices around!"
