Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. I asked him to come back and try again, so he came and treated my couch with the strongest, top quality deodorizer not available on commercial markets. Global Cleaning and Restoration showed up late. After the work was done and the fabric dried, the couch still had a musty smell. I cleaned the fabric myself with white vinegar spray, rubbing alcohol, and baking soda in hopes of amending this. But the worst part is that I still discovered bits of fur and an old ziploc bag with crumbs lodged under the seat back. Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration needs to work on their attention to detail - especially if you want to justify such a large price tag."
