"We had a great experience with Bob at Arctic Window Tinting in having our first floor windows tinted. He helped us pick the correct tinting for our needs and was extremely informative. "It turned out pretty well. There's a little bit of miscommunication when it came to what the promotion included from on their end. Other than that, it's been wonderful. We paid extra because we have a couple more windows and doors than their general that they cover so we had to purchase a couple of extras. They were very helpful about setting it up very easily. They sent us a new sensor because one wasn't working properly. It was a very good experience."
