Paul came out and did a great job on replacing the garage door motors, the sensors and keypads. He quoted us a fair price and the job was done in the time frame we requested.

Came out the same day and fixed the issue. He tested his work to assure it was calibrated correctly. Oiled the springs, etc. Great service, great workmanship!

Paul responded promptly to my request for a quote after I sent him a couple of pictures of the broken spring/cable on my overhead garage door. His quote was very reasonable and he showed up on time to make the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he even gave me a break on the previously quoted price. I've had similar repairs done in prior years and have paid substantially more than what he charged me. It's always refreshing to find and honest professional who does good work at a fair price. I will definitely use him in the future when the need arises.

Fantastic service. Owner called me promptly at 8 am. I explained what happened, he said that it didn't sound like a major repair (thankfully, its a COVID Christmas, after all!). I was concerned about when he could get someone here because it had snowed and we were due for more snow and rain. He told me someone would be out around 12. The tech was here promptly at 12. My husband meant with him, the tech repaired the door and was gone within 20 minutes. I was in a meeting and totally unaware there was even a tech at our house! Door is still working well a week later. Fabulous and FAST service for a reasonable price. Thank you so very, very much! We will be calling you again as needed.

Paul did a great job...his pricing was honest and fair. They came out the next day and it only took a few hours! Our place was left clean and the job was done professionally.

Paul was honest and did fantastic work. He installed the new garage door opener back in May, then I actually reached out to him to replace the springs on my garage door last week after one of them broke. Needless to say First Call Doors will be my first call for anything garage door related moving forward!

They were reasonable and professional. They were also the only company to come out and tell me that my existing opener could be repaired. All the other company's told me that I HAD to replace the existing opener. They said it couldn't be repaired. I did replace it due to it's age, but I want to be told the truth and given the choice. Highly recommend.
