After I call the technician, he came to install the garage door promptly. Very responsive, and very professional. Work completed promptly.

Paul responded promptly to my request for a quote after I sent him a couple of pictures of the broken spring/cable on my overhead garage door. His quote was very reasonable and he showed up on time to make the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he even gave me a break on the previously quoted price. I've had similar repairs done in prior years and have paid substantially more than what he charged me. It's always refreshing to find and honest professional who does good work at a fair price. I will definitely use him in the future when the need arises.

Fantastic service. Owner called me promptly at 8 am. I explained what happened, he said that it didn't sound like a major repair (thankfully, its a COVID Christmas, after all!). I was concerned about when he could get someone here because it had snowed and we were due for more snow and rain. He told me someone would be out around 12. The tech was here promptly at 12. My husband meant with him, the tech repaired the door and was gone within 20 minutes. I was in a meeting and totally unaware there was even a tech at our house! Door is still working well a week later. Fabulous and FAST service for a reasonable price. Thank you so very, very much! We will be calling you again as needed.

Paul did a great job...his pricing was honest and fair. They came out the next day and it only took a few hours! Our place was left clean and the job was done professionally.

First Call installed new garage doors at my house some time ago, and in the last few days, one of them would not close properly. Paul came out (not just on time but a bit early—when is the last time you could say that about a service?—and within minutes found the problem was a bit of dead leaf triggering the safety sensor. I asked for the charges, fully expecting to pay him for his time. He would not take payment for such a small service. The quality of the doors is excellent, quality of First Call's work is excellent and needless to say the company's business ethics are first-rate.
