Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. They have sent out a team on their dime, to help seal parts of the roof and chimney that were not necessarily under their original contract to handle and even fixed things from the inside to give my family the most assuring home preventive measures were taken and would last for as long as we own the home. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof. Neither Matt nor Ms. Edwards hesitated for one second in the fact that the rest of their teams were tied up, and came out immediately per what my employment schedule allowed for.
