He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. "I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"We originally contacted JES because there was a persistent moldy smell on the lower level of our house. Chris Yi did our estimate and was extremely thorough in explaining what was causing the smellâ providing pictures and walking us through our options on getting rid of the mold growing on the supports under our house due to the high levels of humidity in the area we live in. After assessing the options, we decided to go with encapsulation with a dehumidifier, which Chris said was our best option for the above stated reasons. Chris clearly knew his stuff, which reassured us that we were doing the best thing for our home. When it came time for the work to be done, the crew that arrived was extremely professional. Emilio Sanches, Juan Mata, and Angel Mata worked expeditiously, but the level of craftsmanship was top notch. The moldy smell is gone and we have confidence that the mold will not return. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
