"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"We have used The North Star Companies for several jobs in the past, with the most recent being the largest. We hired them do a complete renovation of our home in Severn. The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier and are continuously getting compliments on our beautiful home. Chris has been and will continue to be our go-to for any construction needs for us and our family and friends."

Chris Yi did our estimate and was extremely thorough in explaining what was causing the smellâ providing pictures and walking us through our options on getting rid of the mold growing on the supports under our house due to the high levels of humidity in the area we live in. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
