"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. "Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. The previous day I had a meeting with a representative from a different company who said it would be a simple fix with just a french drain on the side of my house.
