"Excellent. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to accomplish. The company president ended up making the trip to my house for the complimentary plan and estimate. I was highly improved with his attention to my needs, recommendations to get the most out of the space and keep costs down for me. We were able to build hanging side out to full depth available and, without looking strange, drop the next 2 sections back to avoid interfering with the window valance. By keeping the surface color close to the wall paint most people are greatly impressed by the storage and the fact that it doesn't detract from the overall space. Did have to be dismantled to re-carpet the room but was surprised that the carpet crew was able to pay careful attention to the pieces and reassemble with very little difficulty (though at lest 3 people required).
