Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience.
