"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"Great. I have an old house built in 1905 with stone foundation walls and another part with cinderblock walls. After learning the difference between their WaterGuard and crack repairs and what other companies do, I chose them because their upgraded products and ideas really made sense and I was willing to pay a few bucks more for better stuff and a good company. Unlike his competitors he came prepared with material samples along with pictures of previous projects. It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. I received my proposal the same day of my appointment which others took weeks. It included firm pricing for permits which others only provided a range of cost. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. "Not convinced the work was needed. The person who came to look over job did not appear to look over complete issue before making recommendation. Vertical Brick on front porch was separating. When inspecting under house Person did not open passage way to see if brick sat on brick ledge. Did not have his screwdriver. Brick does not sit on a brick ledge so the 6 pillars installed really did not help. Went to another company for foam injection to lift brick."
