"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"I had Freedom Fencing replace a fence for me a few years back and there were a few planks that had popped loose. I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. "I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"
