Unlike his competitors he came prepared with material samples along with pictures of previous projects. It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. "Not convinced the work was needed. The person who came to look over job did not appear to look over complete issue before making recommendation. Vertical Brick on front porch was separating. When inspecting under house Person did not open passage way to see if brick sat on brick ledge. Did not have his screwdriver. Brick does not sit on a brick ledge so the 6 pillars installed really did not help. Went to another company for foam injection to lift brick."

I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. From start to finish, it was professionalism all the way. David was very prompt in putting the proposal together and after I agreed with the terms, he got me on the schedule for work to be done in less than 3 weeks.
