We had been thinking about what to do for several years and kept speaking with contractors who were more interested in selling us what they wanted rather than what we wanted or needed. Freedom Fence and Deck came to our home and asked what we wanted, listened carefully, understood our price point and gave us a great solution. He patio is beautiful. The steps out the door are wide and look great. When the work was being done I noticed some small adjustments we wanted, and he accommodated the changes without complaint and with only slight adjustments in costs to cover additional expenses (like railing for the basement steps). We had tons of rain and he worked around it. They cleaned up and reseeded the grass where it was needed. I am beyond happy. The beauty, usability, and cost (within my budget) al worked to give me the perfect outcome. I have worked with a lot of contractors and if you want a non nonsense contractor willing to do what you need and want, Freedom Fence and Deck is the company to call!"

"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! The team arrived when expected, did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and left me very pleased with the end results."

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."
