"My wife and I needed to have security cameras installed within our town home, in order to monitor our new born daughter and her baby sitter. After speaking with the sales person (Nigel) and customer service representative (Renee) as well as a few of their previous satisfied customers, we decided to hire MSI to install one out door camera and two in door cameras. The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future."
