Terrible customer service. They are all very nice at the beginning when they install your security system. Now after 4 years, I have called to report one of the cameras not working, they do not respond to your calls or emails.

They did a great job.

Very satisfied with the work that was done. The technicians, I think his name was Jimmy, explained to me how to access the cameras from my phone and one of the technicians even gave me a pamphlet with additional information on how to use the cameras.

Very professional ,explained everything to me. And am very satisfied with his expertise.

Quick and affordable

Whatever you do not hire these guys. It is not worth the money or the customer service. Nigel Fraser was our sales rep. They installed three cameras and a DVR. For the amount of money, you spend ($1800+) and the customer service provided is worst-in-class. They installed two cameras in the front and one in the back of my historic home in Washington DC. They ran two conduits on the front of our house and installed ugly electrical junction boxes adjacent to the cameras. They did not even install the correct camera junctions boxes to help hide the wiring or make it more aesthetically pleasing to look like it was a professional job you would see at a hotel, office building, or embassy. We now have two ugly grey conduit cords across the front of our 1890 brick home. Secondly, the installer told my wife he was a recovering drug addict and was three months clean (Not the most comforting comment when you are installing a security system). Lastly, my wife was seven months pregnant and when she voiced concern over the install, cutting of the drywall work and concern with the conduit - Nigel was utterly inconsiderate and called her a hormonal. We voiced concern and told him we were unhappy. He did not entertain any solutions. We reached back up to have him install vandal-proof cameras and received no response. You may think this review is a joke but believe me, I am not kidding. I am happy to discuss a call with any new prospects. Do not waste your time or money.

Excellent service. They are very detailed and hard worker who clean up behind themselves when doing your installed.

Please don't hire this company. I was lied to and wasn't given instructions in how to use the system. Modern Systems Integration didn't teach me how to rewind forward and also I was told if I didn't like where the cameras were they would be happy to move them around. They lied and ran off with my boxes and instructions. I spent $1700.00 and can't even see my front door!

Job was good and professional, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There was no follow-up whatsoever. While the workmanship was good, the customer service aspect would prevent me from using them again. Repeat customers are what keep companies in business.
