"Jay and his operator came out and prepared a 600 sqft. area for installation of a playset. They cleared the area in about 90 minutes and ordered drainage rock for delivery. After the playset was installed (done by the company), Jay and his operator returned to move about 3 inches of drainage rock and 6 inches of mulch to the area and spread it out. Leftover mulch and drainage rock was relocated to where we requested. Jay is quick to get to work when he shows up and he doesn't stop until the job is done. He's great to bounce ideas off of, but will ultimately complete the job however you see fit. This was my second experience with JCW Construction, and I plan to return to them if/when another job arises."

"Unfortunately we found asbestos containing floor tiles under a laminent floor in our house. We made the decision to have the material abated and conduct a kitchen remodel (new cabinents) at the same time. There are not many options in the area when it comes to asbestos abatement contractors and even fewer who will provide both abatement and renovation services. We quickly decided to go with Contractors Unlimited because they offered both services and Bill was responsive, knowledgable and very personable - and we were not disapointed. Bill and his crew performed an excellent job, ontime, close to the originial estimate price (we expanded the scope slightly), and at a more than reasonable cost. Bill and his crew kept us in the loop as the demolition/abatement progressed, calling us throughout the day.
