"Jay and Tim are great to work with. They built a new deck (in the middle of winter) and installed a new patio door onto the deck. We ended up outside our original schedule, however this was due to things outside both our control (weather and a damaged product). In any relationship, communication is the key. Jay stayed on top of letting me know statuses and keep me informed of plans....better than any other contractor experience I've had. "Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.

We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. We found Cornelio to be honest, highly efficient, professional, responsive, can-do and flexible. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, skillful, and knowledgeable. The team fixed problems as needed and any additional work was priced fairly. He has an excellent crew which was capable of doing most of the work (floor sanding was done by others). CRG Remodeling is well run and a good value. We cannot say enough good things about Cornelio and his crew and would definitely hire CRG Remodeling for any future jobs."

"We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process.  When we called Bill and Contractors Unlimited, they were extremely responsive.  Although other companies gave us bids, Bill was able to work his schedule to fit us in weeks sooner than the others.  Although the cost was a bit more, that saved us money because we were displaced and could not even go into our house because of the fumes.  CU set up negative air machines to replace the air, they followed asbestos abatement laws, they cleaned every item that could be salvaged in our house.  They even saved more than we thought which really reduced our overall expense.  Bill and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to ease our stress from this situation.  At the end of their process, Bill arranged for a air quality inspection which we happily passed - able to return home.  I would gladly recommend Contractors Unlimited for asbestos abatement.  I just wish we had called them before the floor guys  created such a disaster.  Thank you Bill!
