Best basement remodelers near Dahlgren, VA

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"Did a wonderful job with my stair rails!"

"Installations Services LLC is not only a leader in home renovation, they support multiple government contracts. They offer a variety of specialized services which is second to none ranging from office renovations, building sanitation and complete rebuilds. Corrinne and Buds' team provided me a complete basement remodel which exceeded my expectations. They have industry standard experts such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC certified specialist and their painters and drywall techs are second to none. I highly recommend this company, they completed my project on time, within my budget and final result was unbelievable. I reside in Northern Virginia and happy to back up this review and give them a 5.0 rating. Make no mistake, this is not a paid Amazon review, I am a very happy customer and plan on using them for various home renovations in the future."

"Fall Hill Contractor was thorough, and would hire again. The owner was very diligent and understanding of our wishes and requirements."

"The project has taken more time than anticipated due to material and subcontractor availability. The framing work was outstanding. Wall board work was also outstanding. Electrical work was very good, but the location of a bathroom fixture and chair lift power plug had to be moved because they were too low. The tile work in the bathroom (shower and floor), computer room (floor), entrance (floor) was outstanding, but I'd rather call it amazing. The plumbing work was very good, but parts availability delayed completion. Finishing work done by MJL was outstanding!!! Anthony is a master at detail. The rigor of MJL inspection of work by the subcontractors was very thorough and when issues were identified were recorded and worked off. Communication and follow up is a big deal for home improvement projects in this challenging environment of material, parts, and workforce shortages. MJL excelled in communication. We rated punctuality as good but would have rated them very good if there was an option. We highly recommend them. We have since booked two additional projects with MJL, a screened in porch and a garage redo. They start in late July. We expect both projects to go very well."

"Very quick and professional. Will consider them for other remodeling projects."

"Yaniel's Renovation LLC completed remodeling work, including putting in hardwood floors, installing cabinets, vanities, and doors, and interior painting. Francisco and his team worked to ensure that the home improvements were to my liking and that they were suitable down to the very last detail. They remodeled with an eye towards the future maintenance of my home. Rosa was immensely responsive. I am very pleased with the results."

"Everything was outstanding--price, communication, punctuality, work quality, professionalism, cleanup, his personality, etc. Travis Graham was always on site and did much of the work himself. He had previously planted trees for us and fixed attic retractable stairs. He was always cheerful and enthusiastic despite performing grueling labor in hot humid weather.
